How to Troubleshoot & Replace Ge AP4484666 / WD12X10304 Rack Slide End Cap

Easy repair. Just pulled out rack attached new studs and slid rack back in. 

Ordered new rollers / they snapped right on 

Called appliance parts pros talked with Laura, she knew the parts i needed to fix problem.She ordered and shipped parts that day 8-24-15 as promised. On 8-26-15 parts arrived in mailbox, and a few minutes later the dishwasher was back in business. Thanks to Laura and Appliance Pros!! 

REPLACED THE CAP 

The part popped right on. I didn't need to view the repair video, but knowing that it was available made me much more confident about trying the repair myself, 

I ordered the parts from appliancepartspros. Delivery of the parts was very very fast. I installed them right away and my dishwasher is good as new. 

After Identifying the missing pieces, I watched a couple of very helpful videos, ordered the parts, they came in a day and a half... then I fixed it, all by myself, for $16! I actually pulled my computer up to the dishwasher and watched it again while doing the repair. I'm guessing it would have cost around $200 to have an appliance repairman come and do it. Yippee! 

Ordered parts from you site and used your videos to help me assemble my dishwasher back to new!! :) 

Replacing the end caps was fairly easy. The parts I ordered for the roller/stud assembly were not the right ones. So I will be calling to order the correct ones, instead of selecting them myself online. I will always order my parts through Appliance Parts!
