I ordered the part on line from Appliance Parts Pros.com and they shipped it to me. The part was for the refrigerator/freezer at my condo, 7 hours away, was shipped Monday with the on line tracking showing that the part would arrive by Saturday noon. The USPS tracking showed that the part was delivered to my front porch but by 7PM no part showed up. I was hoping to go to my condo the next day. I called AppliancePartsPro, explained my situation to Ms. Joyce (who was very helpful) and asked another part could be shipped to my condo address. Ms. Joyce explained that the part could not be shipped until the following Monday. The following Wednesday the part arrived at my condo and Was able to make the repair. Now the freezer dispenses cubed Ice! The next day another part arrived at the condo and the original shipment arrived at my home. So I will return both parts to AppliancePartsPro with a GREAT BIG THANK YOU TO Ms. JOYCE and the SHIPPING CREW!
