Customer service rep replied in a few hours with helpful information on how to reorder the part I had intended to order and return the wrong part. Shipping was fast to begin with but the replacement part arrived so soon! No fault of the seller and they expedited the shipping at no cost to me. The video was helpful. So many positive ways to communicate with the company and helpful reviews to make sure you don't have bad luck, do the repair yourself. A+ all around!
