How to Troubleshoot & Replace Ge AP2073483 / WR72X239 Refrigerator Drawer Slide Rail Left Side

Removed two screws, replaced new guides, attached with two screws. Very simple. 

I have a 7 year old G.E. refrigerator, and the first thing that broke was the arms holding up the cheese drawer. So, I looked online and found this great website. Not only did they have the parts I needed, but there is even a video showing you how to replace the part. So, yesterday, I got on the website again. Because this time, it is the vegetable crisper drawer. I can't wait to get that. Then my refrigerator will look brand new. 

Swapped parts out. 

Ordered new replacement part. Removed two screws on broken part and installed new part with same screws. Less than 5 minutes to repair. This was after receiving an incorrect part on my first call. Second call got me correct part. Second agent very helpful and understanding. 

Easy fix. Just snapped a new handle on the snack pan and then installed a new slide. 

I ordered the new slides for the shelves, the order came in a couple of days. All parts were there. The husband installed new slides and bearings in about 20 minutes with minimal effort. He said the hardest part was contorting his torso to be able to use the screwdriver. All good thank you. 

Used a small electric screwdriver. Removed glass shelf and assembly. Took about 3 minutes to replace. 

Ordered parts and replace broken parts

Ordered replacement slides and installed them. Everything fit perfectly and problem was fixed.
