How to Troubleshoot & Replace Ge AP2073485 / WR72X241 Left Hand Slide Assembly

Replaced it in about 30 minutes using the video as a guide. Instructions on video were very helpful particularly because disassembly was not intuitively obvious. Delivery was prompt and parts searching and diagnosis tools on website are very helpful. 

Removed old slides (4) and installed new ones. 

Very easy to order these parts and install them. 

I replaced the side assemblies with new ones. One bad assumption I made from looking at the diagrams was that I would also need the small, plastic, slide bearing clips, so I ordered a couple. The new assemblies come with three of them already installed. Also, each assembly is attached with two short Phillips-head screws, so that's an easy fix. Just note the placement of the original piece, or take a photo, to help with the new installation. I took a little more time to clean everything up while the parts were out of the frig. 

Identified the correct replacements on the site. Ordered the parts which arrived very quickly. Simple fix with a Phillip's screwdriver. 

I entered my refrigerator model number and found all 3 replacement shelf brackets and 1 drawer needed to fix my refrigerator. All parts fit perfect and were easy to install. All I needed was a philips screwdriver. This is the 3rd time I’ve ordered parts from this website and they have been right every time. 

Replaced side rails. 

As soon as i received the part I removed the old ones and installed the new ones as shown in the repair video posted on your site. Total time of the repair work was less than half an hour. Thank you for sending the parts so quickly and for posting repair videos. they are very helpful. 

Replaced slides. These fit perfectly and now I can use the drawers again. 

Easy replacement. Less than 5 min to install.
