8 year old washer would not spin heavy loads (towels) even after weighing and balancing load

Watched Troubleshooting video. Suspension rods (tub) easily pushed down. Motor drive belt and pulleys covered in grease. Ordered new suspension rods and drive belt. Cleaned motor pulleys with mineral spirits. Installed new suspension rods (noticeably stiffer than old ones) and new drive belt (also tighter than the old one).

Balancing message during the spin cycle.

I changed all 4 suspension rods and that took care of the problem. The original suspension rods were old and bent.
