How to Troubleshoot & Replace Ge AP2633753 / WB1X500D Screws - 12 Pack

Ordered new drip pans both 6" and 8". It took my husband longer to clean under the old drip pans than it did to install the new ones. They look GREAT. The fit is perfect. The website is very easy to use and you can double check to make sure the parts will fit your appliance. Very reasonable as well, and fast service. 

Pulled oven from wall, Unplugged, removed steel back, could loosen screws from broken coil, soo I cut wires. Then from within Oven removed two back screws. Placed new coil in oven, stripped rubber from red and yellow wires. Ground them to new screws and coil, screwed steel back to oven. Put new screws to secure new coil inside oven. Job took 35 min, would have 20 but old screws were difficult for me to remove, thank you. 

Ordered one, which was very old GE wall oven but they had one that would fit. Replaced it in five min. 

Removed old bake element and replaced with new one. 

Went to the web, search product. Product arrived remove 2 screws remove 2 more screws replaced the wires put the element back into place put to more screws back in, finished. This is definitely a project that is easy enough to do yourself. 

PUT IN NEW ONE 

I ordered a new element on Appliance Parts Pros for the oven in our rental unit. Our daughter rents the unit from us and wanted to try to fix it on her own. I told her a few things to do and said to let me know how it went. She said the new element was the right one and was easy to install and is working perfectly now.
