Ronald W Rochester , MN July 04, 2014 Appliance: General Electric Refrigerator TBX21GIDARWW I had a broken left side vegetable / fruit drawer slide I removed the two drawers, removed the glass shelf, lifted the shelf assembly out of the refrigerator, removed the vinyl from the front assembly to access the front bracket screw and then I removed the rear screw from the bracket. I removed the broken bracket and two broken pieces from the assembly. Then I transferred the foam pad and rubber seal from the broken bracket to the new bracket. I then reversed the steps to install the new bracket, starting by sliding the new bracket into the assembly and putting in the screws, then performing the rest of the steps. A medium size Phillips screwdriver was needed to remove and reinstall two screws. Sue B Murrells Inlet , SC July 04, 2017 Appliance: General Electric Refrigerator TBX22VIBLRWW Vegetable drawer slide was broken and bottom shelf of the fridge door had broken off I was very worried since it was a fridge that was no longer made The diagrams of the parts for my model refrigerator were extremely helpful. I watched the install video before ordering. The parts arrived in less than 48 hours, I was amazed! I hadn't even had time to forget the video. It took me longer to clear the fridge than it did to install the parts. Best customer service I've received in a long time. Thank you. Read More... I was able to install the parts and all is great again! It took a little extra elbow grease to get the screws into the plastic holes, but with after a bit, I succeeded. Very happy with the quality replacement parts and the speed at which it arrived. This is the second time I have used this company, both times with great success. Read More...
