Ordered part from Appliance Parts Pro. GE had already let me down. I had to wait until the part was in stock, then GE promptly lost it in their warehouse. When I called and asked, they acted as if the part never actually made it to their warehouse and would re-order it for me. Then it was going to be another 6 week wait. I am so disappointed in GE. Your company had the part in stock, it was half the cost of GE and it arrived when you said it would. Even the review were very helpful. The original part on the dryer has a default. The new knob is better made. Thank you.
