How to Troubleshoot & Replace Ge AP3416049 / WB06X10420 Turntable Coupler

Brain and hands. 

It pops right into place. 

Removed broken coupler, easily replaced with new one. Fixed it within a minute. Parts site picture made it easy to order what I needed. 

Ordered the parts from APP.com using the parts diagram and watched the how to. If anything mechanical goes out I will look to you first. 

Easy fix following the video. I used a new coupler and motor and its working again. 

I purchased an insert that allows the turntable to spin. However, the little plastic insert had a plastic lip sticking out preventing it from seating properly. Once I trimmed that away the part starting working very well. 

Found part on your website and repacked easily. 

Ordered parts on line, received parts, unplugged microwave. Removed bottom panel to gain access to turn table motor, removed screw holding motor in place, unplugged electrical contacts and replaced motor and coupler. Replaced bottom panel and replugged microwave. Works fine. Very satisfied. 

Got part and fixed it works good! 

Ordered a coupler, old one broke.
