Replaced motor. Appliance Parts Pros video made it look easy and it actually was pretty easy. The one problem I did not expect was that the first motor I received did not work. At that time, I initiated a chat session with Samantha and she told me things that I could check to determine the problem. She ended up offering to send me a replacement motor which arrived yesterday afternoon. While waiting for the new/replacement motor to arrive, the first replacement motor actually started to work, but after a few hours it stopped, perhaps for good. Once I received the replacement/new motor, within a few minutes, it was installed. Unfortunately, it also failed to work, but after jiggling the turntable coupler, the motor began to turn. It has now been more than 24 hours and the oven has been used several times without any problem, so it looks like the new motor is working. Perhaps some of the motors are "sticky" (Inside) and they need a bump to get them started, but after that (hopefully) they continue to run. Time will tell. But I wanted to make sure I mentioned Samantha. She was a great deal of help and this whole venture would have failed without her.
