George G Fleming Island , FL January 22, 2016 Appliance: General Electric Uc Filtration-Carbon GNSF23Z01 My ge water softener wasn't regenerating and showing an error code 001 When I initiated a manual regeneration by turning the cam and valve by hand, I noticed a leak in the valve cover due to a crack. I have ordered parts from your website before and have received prompt delivery. Replaced the valve cover assembly and broke up a salt bridge in the tank and that solved the problem. Read More...
