How to Troubleshoot & Replace Lg AP5239519 / 4011FA4353E Spider Bolt (Inner Drum Support), 1-Pack

Followed the videos, got the parts the next day. Back in business before Christmas. 

Washer was needing other parts as well so.... replaced the tub to door seal, inner tub with spider assembly, back outter tub cover with new bearings and seals and also the motor rotor assembly. 

By replacing the spider, bearings and a good cleaning. I followed the video made by Appliance Parts Pro on youtube. 

The spider bracket and door gasket needed to be replaced on our LG front load washer. After watching the excellent step by step video I knew I could replace it myself and save hundreds of dollars. I’ve purchased other parts for my stove and refrigerator from appliancepartspros.com and after watching videos on replacing those parts I made those repairs myself as well saving more money. Thank you for the quality parts, quick response, and excellent videos. 

The Spider had broken and wore a hole in the outer tub cover taking out the door seal also. I ordered the part from Appliance Pros on a Sunday with a Monday ship date promised. I chose 2 day shipping. The parts left the factory on time and by thursday had arrived. They were installed friday and working well. All the parts were a perfect fit! 

For the whole week our LG washer was smoking at high spin so I have to put it to low spin only.. I'm not mechanically inclined with basic tool knowledge. I research the net and luck was with me because your site was the first I got...I took courage following the video and it was not easy but I persevered with the help of a cousin, took 3 hours reach take out and open the tub finding the disintegrated spider. This must be the culprit as explained by your video... ordering the part was very easy and the parts arrived in 4 days. Putting back the parts was a bit easy until we reach the gasket and the retainer spring, we don't have those spring pliers and although the video make it look easy, it was not easy at all. Took us 3 people holding down the spring, stretching carefully fitting it so as not to tear the gasket. The outer gasket spring was difficult too but with patience we were able to put it back... another 3 hours to put everything back but we were happy....learned not to use too much soap... the instructional video did the most wonderful thing... 

Watched the fantastic You Tube that repairman Matt put out. This was thee reason I ordered the parts from Appliance Parts Pro. I almost threw the washer out but his video of the easy fix was phenomenal. 

Took the whole machine apart according to the awesome video. Ordered the parts and put it all back together according to the video. Free leveled the feet on my machine and though it appears to work just fine, I fear it's still a bit noisy during the spin cycle.
