How to Troubleshoot & Replace Lg AP4633439 / 4932JA1010A Freezer Basket Support Rail (Lh)

Received a part from APP and installed it. 

Replaced easily with the 2- pictured parts. Three Phillip screws each side. Less than 10 minutes to repair/replace. 

I fixed it with the parts I ordered from this website. 

Watched the video on your site. Followed the steps and had the part installed, like the video, in minutes! 

Replaced both support rails for the freezer basket. 

Replaced the dispenser cover. The cover I received was not an exact match. I had to cut notches in the new cover so the Ice lever would “latch” in place when released. I was hoping to add photos to this review, but did not see an upload option. The “other” tool I used was a multi ax to cut the notches. 

Ordered a new part and snapped it back on 5 min a fix.. 

New Support Rail arrived literally the next day. Watched a video on how to replace the rail, and had the whole job done in about 15 minutes. The screw holes were very tight so I have to use lots of torque on the final turns; but other than that, everything went well. 

Needed new supports. Ordered them. Received them fast! Uninstalled the old worn & cracked ones. Watched the installation video. Replaced them with the new ones. And now tray operates like it's supposed to. Done! 

Got a new Support Rail and replaced it.
