How to Troubleshoot & Replace Lg AP4633439 / 4932JA1010A Freezer Basket Support Rail (Lh)

Had the model number of the refrigerator and went on the web looking for a diagram to find the part that I needed. Found and bought the rails and attached the new one in the freezer. Very easy fix. 

After I received the parts I removed the old ones and replaced with new ones. 

Identified the broken part using the online guide. I was able to watch the included video which made the installation process clear and simple. I simply followed the demonstration and in no time the freezer drawer was good as new. 

Removed screws from old part and used them to install new part. Put shelf back in freezer. 

Ordered and received the new parts and installed them. Delivery was reasonable and install was easy. 

Looked at videos on you tube and compared good side with broken side on tray! 

Transferred the aluminum rail to the new piece, screwed it on, snapped the new left rail in place - basket is sliding back-and-forth again! 

I replaced the broken part with the new one. 

Called and ordered new part and installed. 

My freezer basket didn’t slide smoothly due to a broken bracket. I rigged it for about a year and while cleaning out the refrigerator, I decided to check how difficult it would be to fix.
