I replaced the belt. While doing so, I noticed one of the rollers was frozen up. I took that roller apart and cleaned in with rubbing alcohol and put it back together and reinstalled it. Unfortunately while it was frozen up it had become deformed, so with it being unfrozen, the dryer started making THUMP, THUMP, THUMP, THUMP, THUMP noises. I realized the THUMP noises were beause the misshapen roller assembly was now spinning misshapenly, so I ordered four of the rollers and replaced all of them. The dryer is so quiet now, like new. It is even a whole lot quieter than it was while it was operating with the stuck roller while it was still stuck. The whole process was pretty easy after searing the youtubes for the part number and finding videos showing exactly what to do. The two rollers in the rear were a bit awkward to get a wrench onto because their rear ends were not visible and had to be worked "by feel" but it was not a big deal just the usual stuff
