Replaced the motor. Then after I noticed the shaft was scared I ordered a new sump. Some where along the line I had damaged the discharge hose. So had to replace it as well. But everything went well and she’s up and running great. What really appreciate is the way your site is setup with the diagrams and videos along with the ease in looking up parts and ordering. You folks are great on timely shipping. That is much appreciated. I am sure other appliance problems will occur, that’s just life, but I am glad I have you to call upon. Overall cost, has been a no brainier.
