How to Troubleshoot & Replace Lg AP5253550 / MJU62070603 Water Supply Line

Followed Instructions by other customer that had the same issue. Actual repair took about 30 minutes and cost about $12.00 

We replaced the leaking tubing with tubing that Appliance Parts supplied. We had our contractor do these repairs. He always uses Appliance Parts 

Replaced all external water tubes. 

I replaced both hoses at the same time took around 30-45 min with getting my tools and all. Looked at Y-TUBE video to make sure I didn't miss something went smooth. Very easy. 

I ordered the replacement parts after reviewing the repair posted online by an individual with the same model No. refrigerator and the same problem. I ordered and received the proper hoses and installed them as suggested in the online post. Worked great! 

Replaced the cracked tube with a new one from appliancepartspros.com. 

Plastic tubing cracked were it goes into back of refrigerator which seems to be a common problem with LG refrigerators. I couldn't get heat shrinkable tubing on it so I ordered plastic tubing to replace the cracked tubing. The tube arrived the next day. I was very happy with my purchase from AppliancePartsPros.com! 

Ordered the new part from Appliance Parts Pros.com, followed the instructions on your web site. Took about 20 minutes and all was as good as new. I used your site previously for a washing machine problem and was able to take care of the problem with no cost. Thanks, you guys are the greatest. My next project will be with the ice maker, but I have to get my courage up first. 

Replaced the old 5/16 water line with a new 5/16 water line. 

The video provided was Excellent. I followed it step-by-step. It was easy. Video was concise with great content and beautifully produced. Saved me hundreds of dollars not using an appliance repair person. The part with shipping cost only $29 and took about and 1.5 hours to complete. That included cleaning out my refrigerator.
