Replaced the water valve assembly. This is the whole assembly including the solenoid because the house is permanently fitted in the housing and solenoid so you can't just replace one piece of this assembly. It was simply a matter of removing the mounting hardware, lower back panel and disconnecting the water line and one electrical connector. Repeat the process in reverse order to mount. No special tools were required.
