How to Troubleshoot & Replace Samsung AP6287051 / DD81-02132A Dishwasher Door Lock Switch

Ordered the latch from APP. Unfortunately the part I received was mislabeled. I called the next day and had the best customer service I have experienced with an online seller. The Customer service rep spent 20 minutes on the phone with me and we figured out the issue and she sent out the correct part the same day. Mistakes happen and it was a joy to have someone be so helpful in getting it straightened out. I will definitely be using APP again and recommending you to my friends. Removed and replaced door latch. 

55-year-old woman fixed it!. Allen key to undo the screws then pulled the old catch out and pushed the new one in replaced all the screws! Job done .
