How to Troubleshoot & Replace Samsung AP5800385 / DD81-01502A Dishwasher Drain Hose Inlet

Found water in the bottom pan causing the the error code. Took off the side panel and turn the unit on and saw the hose leaking water. The hose material is cheap material so no surprise it leaks. 

Replaced drain check valve that was torn and Drain hose with a loose connection/deteriorated at the connection under tub. 

When I chatted with the Appliance Parts Pros employee, i was instructed to purchase the correct part and an additional gasket. I installed them both and the dishwasher seems to be running fine. 

Shut off power to my dishwasher. Pulled it out from the cabinets and found the leak. Found the numbers for the hose and ordered it. When the new one arrived, I just installed it how the original was, re-wired everything and it’s back working. 

Code LE indicated a leak. Checked water supply line found it OK. Accessed drain lines and found the line from the discharge side of the drain pump broken. It is the one labeled as the Drain IN hose. Decided since it needed replacing I replaced the Drain hose OUT also. Used youtube video's for guidance. Hoses a little hard to get in place but now all is well. No error codes and dishwasher back in service.
