How to Troubleshoot & Replace Samsung AP5331250 / DA97-11435A Refrigerator Water Filter Housing Assembly

Had water pooling in the crisper drawer and could see a drip from the bottom of the water filter area. A search of this issue on the AppliancePartsPros.com website lead to a video that showed the solution was to replace the housing. It was very easy to order the part and it was here in three days. The video was an excellent resource for how to replace the part. It was a real-time explanation from start to finish. Fantastic resources and result. 

Replaced solenoid valve/ water filter assembly. All fine now. 

I need new water filter housing unit. Didn’t want to spend $$$$ to repair. Ordered part and watched video. Seemed pretty easy and I’m pretty mechanically inclined. So a female senior did it all herself and all works now!!
