How to Troubleshoot & Replace Samsung AP5651770 / DA97-08406C Refrigerator Door Shelf Guard Assembly

Joyce in tech support was wonderful ! She was very knowledgeable , and patient . She correctly diagnosed my ice maker problems .Explained what my problem was and what parts I needed . Also I had picked out the wrong doors shelves part numbers which she caught and corrected. No instructions came for replacing the ice maker but I took my time and it was pretty straight forward. I am sure if I had installing questions someone would gladly walk me through it. If you think you might need help, plan your repair project so you can call them during office hours. 

Ordered part and replaced
