How to Troubleshoot & Replace Samsung AP5623797 / DC92-01021B Washer Control Board Assembly

Watched the video, which was step by step. Did exactly what it said, and couldnt have been easier. 

I replaced the main control panel! Awesome repair video made it simple to do! I will definitely use appliancepartspro,com again! 

Ordered the Control Board and the Control Module. Installed the Control Board in 15 minutes. It fixed the problem right away and I returned the Control Module. Everything works great so far. 

Used the Samsung washing machine video to replace motherboard. Broke a plastic tab was hard to get back off rest was easy once figure out the tabs. They not all fastened the same 

Received part on time Used the video on installing the part works well. 

At first, the washer wouldn't turn on consistently - sometimes it would, sometimes not. Then it wouldn't turn on at all. When it was working, the knobs and buttons all worked fine, so I didn't think it was the Control Module, but ordered it along with the Main Control Board anyway just in case. It was a simple matter to remove some screws and un-clip the wiring harness and the control module from its housing. Clipping everything back in, and screw things back together was easy. Washer works again. I'll return the Control Module as it never left the box. 

After during some internet research, I came across AppliancePartsPros.com website and was surprised to find out there were other individuals who had similar problems with their Samsung washer. I decided to go ahead and purchase the main control board for my washer. The shipment was fast. Also, the instructional video made the job seamless. My washer works perfect now and I'm a very satisfied customer!

Found online that the culprit was likely the main control board. From start to finish, the replacement took about 10 minutes. Super easy and works perfectly now, definitely worth the money over replacing the washer!
