My Samsung washer for a long time would do a great job washing clothes, but the clothes would be soaked! The problem started after a few loads would cause the washer to shake harder than the average wash cycle.
No codes were ever produced, but the spin cycle stopped spinning as fast and the clothes were soaked. I replaced the suspension thinking it went out after too many heavy loads, but the parts I took out past the suspension test! With the new suspension in the washer had the same problem. While the washer was apart I noticed a bracket had broken off with a harness and two wires attached. Two blue wires one end, a black connection and a orange and yellow wire on the other end. The blue wires I leanered later belong to thr Thermistor.
I'm not sure why no code ever popped up, or how the thermistor can cause problems with the spin cycle, but replacing the thermistor and fixing the broken orang and yellow wire from the harness fixed the spin cycle issue.
