How to Troubleshoot & Replace Samsung AP4365989 / DA67-02056A Refrigerator Cap Handle

I took the broken end cap off and replaced it with a new one. 

Ordered replacement caps using the part number on the backside of the parts. Parts fit exactly into the slot. The repair was easy, especially after reviewing the video on the website. 

Ordered both a left and right Cap so I could replace both at the same time. Once parts were here, it only took about 10 minutes to replace both caps and reinstall. Just like new again. 

I ordered the door handle caps and with the help of a video replaced them.

Thanks to the directions from a previous installer, who left instructions for when there was not a set screw. We were able to replace them.
