How to Troubleshoot & Replace Samsung AP5788799 / DC66-00777A Washer Pulsator Cap

I ordered a new part from AppliancePartsPros.com, and it snapped right in. Ordering was easy due to the diagrams available on the site. Pulsator Cap is not a name I would have readily come up with to use as a search key word on other sites. The part arrived very quickly even with the lowest cost shipping method. It was well before the laundry reached critical mass. It probably took longer to open the package than make the repair. With a plastic part, I am sure this will happen again, but now I have a go to resource for help. 

I already knew how it went on as I put it on many times before I ordered the part. The part was easy to find on your site. I lined up the clips and pushed applying pressure evenly and it snapped into place. I ordered two caps but am hoping this will not be a recurring problem. Like I said this is poor design on Samsung's part as the vibration of the activator is a a lot for a plastic cap with only 3 puny clips. The hardest part was practically standing on my head to reach the bottom of the tub. 

Snapped in. Nonetheless, the caps should be made of stronger material. The three (3) plastic snap-in teeth or holders break to easy. 

I am very pleased with the response and service advice from AppliancePartsPro. After weeks of runaround from Samsung direct, your company send me the correct part in 2 days for less money. I am now a fan. Thank you Kevin from Florida 

Placed the new cap in position and pressed down till clicks. ordered an extra replacement cap for next time it breaks. 

Went online - found it- snapped it in and WHAH-LAH - done in 10 seconds! Super dee duper FAST shipping! Packed well!

I put on the new part. Great delivery. The part fit and snapped into place. 

Ordered a new cap. It arrived in a couple of days and was easy to install.
