How to Troubleshoot & Replace Samsung AP5588417 / DC66-00680A Washer Pulsator Cap

Pushed the new one back in place. 

Bought a new cover from ApplianceParts Pros. Snapped part in place!! 

New cap snapped back on. Perfect fit. Easy to replace. 

First I tried to fix it by stuffing foam on all sides of the drum. That made it better but the machine moved all over the place in spin cycle. Finally, I bit the bullet and purchased the 4 damper assy rods. Install took 15 minutes and now the washer is like new. Spins fast and stays in one spot. No more annoying DC errors. I only wasted $20 on the foam so It cost $100 total to not have to buy a new machine. The video showed exactly what to do. It was simple. I'm very pleased. 

Purchased new cap. Received it within 2 days. Snapped it in place. Very easy fix.

Cap broke in the drum and needed repaired. Called samsung. $99 call out fee plus the cost of labor. I bought two of the parts from you (based on a review on your site) for less than $30. It worked and took me 30.seconds to repair myself! Thank you so very much. 

Ordered a new part on sunday, recieved part on Tuesday and repaired it minutes later. 

The repair part was delivered the next day. The part simply snaps into place.
