How to Troubleshoot & Replace Samsung AP5588417 / DC66-00680A Washer Pulsator Cap

Replaced the pulsator cap. 

I've replaced this very quickly, it just clicks into place. This was a year ago and it is still holding, did not break again yet. We use our Samsung washer every day. 

Easy as pie, took just a minute. very satisfied and happy. 

I replaced the suspension support rods in about 10 minutes and it works great now. If your washer has had the "exploding washer" fix, there will be two 13 mm bolts that are holding the top down. If you shine a flash light between the drum and the top of the machine, you should be able to see them. Remove them and then the top will pop off. Pretty easy fix and saved me from having to replace the machine. 

Easy fix-snapped new knob into place. Excellent customer service. 

Ordered part. Since it just snaps in, it was easy to replace. It is one of those "Brother in Law" parts that will eventually fail and keep someone in business:) 

Replacement piece simply snapped right in.
