How to Troubleshoot & Replace Samsung AP4170697 / DA97-03290A Refrigerator Door Bin Guard Assembly

I ordered said bins, got them in 3 days (which was awesome) and put them in my fridge. 

Unfixable - ordered replacement tray 

I ordered the parts took off the old one and put on a new one..30 seconds great. 

Got online with AppliancePartsPros.com. Looked up serial number of refrigerator. Found part. Ordered it. It arrived in two days. Wow! Presto ... re-installed by simple inserting the tray in the notches on the door. Thanks! 

After a couple of minutes researching I checked the function of the ice maker and saw that the ice cube tray was cracked. Ordered the ice cube tray from Appliance Parts Pros watched a short video on replacing the tray and had the ice maker back working 10 minutes after I opened the package. Also purchased and installed a new door bin which my wife had been unable to find a replacement. APP had the parts, packaged them nicely, shipped them quick and they fit and function perfect.
