I ordered the part online and received it the next day. The entire project took less than an hour. Disconnecting the water lines was the most difficult. Winn B Media , PA December 14, 2020 Appliance: Samsung Refrigerator RSG257AARS/XAA-0000 Cam on freezer door broke causing it to bind with a bang when you open door Replaced the entire lower hinge assembly. Unfortunately the cam alone is only available for the top half so you need to replace the entire hinge. Fairly simple repair, I think it took a lot more time to empty the refrigerator than to fix it.
