How to Troubleshoot & Replace Samsung AP4338268 / DA63-03695B Refrigerator Dispenser Tray

Emailed appliance parts pros to figure out how to remove part. Got clear instructions. Then ordered part and it was delivered within a few days. Works great. 

I was able to find it here at a good price and it fits perfectly. It makes my appliance look new again.

I swapped out both frig gaskets, luckily it was the same part number. They pulled out very easily and the installation was straight forward. We watched a couple of videos online which made the process easier. We had to remove one part - two screws, other than that, no tools needed. After we first installed them I was concerned they were not seated correctly, but after opening and closing the doors a few times and checking all the surface area, the frig doors closed great. No more condensation. 

Screwed new studs into door with my fingers. 

Removed old part and replaced it with new one 

Rather than trying to repair a tiny spring machanism I figured why not replace the entire part that feeds ice cubes from ice bucket out through the chute on the door. The part I ordered was exactly what I needed as your website allows the option to verify the part will fit the model number needing repair. The part was delivered to my doorstep 24 hours after I placed my order which was amazing. Very satisfied!! 

Replaced with new product 

Replaced assembly, pretty straight forward. Had a bit of difficulty unplugging a connection, did not want to pull wire out of connector. The replacement was a bit different design and did not have a hole for the screw from the under side all the others line up fine. Not a big deal control panel snaps in place tight
