How to Troubleshoot & Replace Samsung AP4204532 / DC62-30312J Washer Water Inlet Valve

Replaced hot and cold water inlet valves, solved problem. 

I had a hard time finding anyone who had this same problem with my samsung washer wf306law/xaa. The part was also almost impossible to find. Most sites say it isn't compatible too. After checking all the filters and hoses and everything they connected to, this was my last hope. Got the part in 2 days, it took 5 minutes to put on and it worked perfectly. Better than before it seems. 

Two parts, Pressure Valve and Inlet Valve only took me 10 minutes to change out. Funny incident, when I reconnected the water hose ad turned the water on, my hose had a pinhole in it! Took me longer to drive to the home store to get a new hose than it took to get my machine fixed and running. The videos were great!!! Helped me confirm the parts I needed and showed the location and ease of doing the repairs myself. GREAT! 

Replaced cold water valve 

I am a security/ network technician, but I used YouTube my meter and Appliance Parts Pros tech support and ordered the part a kazamm it works. 

We continually observed a ‘NF’ code on our Samsung WF218ANW/XAA washer at the 16 minute mark of the wash cycle. After cleaning the screens out on the OEM valves and changing the water hoses with no solution, all signs pointed to the fill valves. Since I was opening the washer up and prying it out of the closet where it sits, I replaced both the hot and cold valves. The repair couldn’t be easier and I’m happy to report the problem is solved. 

Intermittent overfill error code. Only ever witnessed the cold water valve stick once while troubleshooting. Replaced both the cold water valve and water level sensor as most likely culprits. Hardest part was getting a 2nd person to help unstack the dryer. 

Replaced both water inlet valves. 

Installed the new valve we purchased from your company.
