How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP5956100 / W10712394 Dishwasher Upper Rack Adjuster Kit

Replaced the rack with a new part.

Ordered the complete replacement kit recommended. 

I watched the 2 minute video several times during the 45 minutes it took Mr to repair. My roller system didn't look exactly like the video but I got it done. Bonus-the new parts are metal and much more durable 

This site said this part would fix the issue and it did. I kind of had an odd ball dishwasher model number but they guaranteed it would fit and it did. The part was very easy to instal thanks to their step-by-step video. Very happy with this purchase.
