How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP5956100 / W10712394 Dishwasher Upper Rack Adjuster Kit

Perfect and was delivered in 2 days and took 30 mins. just because I put on wrong end first. Strongly suggest watching YouTube video on how to fix. 

Used the whole kit to repair the upper loading rack. 

Replaced with a new adjuster assembly. 

I called your service to confirm that I was ordering the correct parts. The service person was VERY helpful. The parts came within 2 days and my son installed them. The upper rack of my dishwasher is back in service. 

Looked up parts on web site. Spoke to a young lady to verify correct parts. Received the parts. Took about 15 min. to replace assembly. Working fine now. 

Purchased an adjuster kit from AppliancePartsPros. Repaired it myself with the help of a Youtube instruction video. 

Had to watch the you tube video several times. The replacement did not resemble the original which was all plastic. The second side was easy after getting the first side complete. 

Fit great, the parts were easy to install and they seem more robust than the factory version. Only a Phillips screwdriver needed and about 20 minutes of time. The pictures were a bit hard to see but the descriptions were detailed and the parts fit intuitively so it wasn't difficult to put together. 

The parts arrived in a few days. The online video for dismantling and installation of the wheel assembly was clear. The job took about 15 minutes. 

I replaced the left-to-basket wheels with an adjuster with small wheels. It took me a while but it works now. Somebody emailed me a pdf with the instructions and the pics were clear. The hardest part was getting the old adjuster off.
