The replacement was received very quick. The video outlining the changeover was very good & showed exactly what to do. One problem occurred. The hole for the bolt to attach the replacement agitator to the drive shaft of the machine was not open. The configuration of the agitator did not allow the use of my drills to simply drill it open. I was able to use a long Phillips screwdriver & hammer to gently open the hole. Everything then worked as expected. I was extremely pleased overall & only mentioned this to allow the manufacturer to eliminate the problem for other customers. Again, overall very satisfied!
