How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP5988691 / W10836692 Agitator

With the parts we ordered. 

New part 

Replaced agitator and wash plate.

We went to You Tube and found a video for this problem and then followed directions. Easy. 

I had to search the internet for hours until I ran across this amazing website. The part I needed was easy to find and the website was great to work with and was easy to navigate! The part came the day after I ordered it and was the correct one(so not much laundry had piled up haha) Everything went smooth and easy with the repair videos provided!
