How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP6020669 / WPW10381562 Bellow

I used the online video demonstration and replaced the bellow myself. 

Watched the video new bellow was a little different 

Appliance pros showed me how to fix it and what part I needed. 

Ordered part from Appliance Parts Pros. They also had a You Tube video on their site on how to do the repairs. As I sat in front of my washer, I watched the video one scene at a time and did the repairs. Machine works perfectly now, although the repairs were very difficult. I would not recommend this job to impatient or someone not mechanically inclined at least a little bit. 

The video was very informative. the direction was clear and easy to follow. after watching, I felt like a pro! I replaced the bellow without issue and I was an instant hero! 

Started with bicycle repair kit but holes got bigger and had to replace. Ordered part, it arrived same day I got home( I drive a truck), watched video while doing repairs, simple.saved on a maintenance man.

Replaced the bellow. I had to use two different videos--neither showed my exact model and the replacement part in the video looked different than the one that was mailed to me (e.g., the washing machine in the videos showed the washing detergent tube going into the bellows, for mine, the washing detergent tube went into the washing machine enclosure). That said, the part was the right part for my washer and I have used my washer several times since replacing the bellows and it has worked fine, without leaks. 

Took the top of the machine off and the front removed old bellow put new in little of a pain in the butt especially with two jack and cokes lol 

Looked up the part on appliance parts pros.com found part quickly with the search by model feature. price for the bellow was good and in stock and could be to me in one day shipping. watched the service video to see how complicated, or not this repair would be. after watching video i was confident this was something i could do. part arrived the next day. took about an hour from start to finish. this repair did involve removing several covers and the door. watching the video first made this straight forward know which order to remove panels, etc. this is the second repair i have done on this machine with the aid of appliance parts pros. without the information in the videos i probably would have not tried the repairs myself. and an appliance repairman would not have been worth the cost and i would have ended up buying new washer, Being able to find the parts quickly, with fast shipping, and providing the information to help make the install go quickly make all the difference
