How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP6015081 / WPW10111435 Door Bellow Seal

I followed the directions from AppliancePartsPro's which was awsome! I am pretty mechanical, but the directions helped immensely for removal of specific parts necessary to perform the job. Being able to watch exactly what I was to encounter was paramount. As well, I ordered the part on thursday, it arrived at my doorstep on saturday (during memorial day weekend), so you guys really have it nailed down. Thanks for keeping me in the good graces with the wife! APP rocks! 

I replaced it with a new one. The video on your wed site made the install very easy.

Replace gasket 

Every time we used our wash machine it stunk bad when it pumped the water out. The door seal was moldy. We have a front loader. I ordered a new seal on Thursday around 4 pm and had the replacement the next day at noon. I don't know how it got here so fast. I Youtube'd a replacement video and the repair went flawlessly and was done in less than an hour. The part was perfect and better designed than the original.

It took me about 30 min. to change out the part. I watched the how to video and it went just like the video. I have worked as a maintenance tech for 30 years. so this wasn't to hard.

Followed the instructional video. My washer was a little different than the one in the video. The soap dispenser didn't connect to the gasket it fed into the washer directly. The repair was a little difficult for me due to painful arthritic hands and lack of strength so it took me about an hour and a half with breaks included.
