Turn off the breaker.
Pulled it out, flipped it over, and I could see the leak stains through the damper. Removed the damper. The clamp was the original from the factory, the crimp type. I had to put a small flat-tip screwdriver and wiggle it to expand. Then the motor could be moved out, after disconnecting the power to it. The seal could be pulled out after this.
Reversed the process, once AppliancePartsPros sent the parts in two days flat. Great service!!
