How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP6014920 / WPW10082853 Tine Row Pivot

In stock, fast shipping, bought two just in case other side failed. Pushing on tabs to remove upper rack, both shattered, and had to use second part. Followed video to replace both sides. All done in under an hour. Under 100 remain in stock, so ordered two more just in case. A $70.00 insurance policy for weakest link repair. 

We ordered the Upper Dishrack Adjuster Kit and followed the instructional video. An unexpected outcome, I never took the time to realize my dishwasher upper rack is adjustable.

Ordered a new one and replaced the broken one. 

Thought it was a door seal, but it turns out that the lower wash arm was spraying water under the door seal. It took 30 seconds to replace the wash arm and no more leaks! 

I purchased the parts and installed them with the help of the installation videos provided, online, by AppliancePartsPros.com. 

We ordered and replaced some needed dishrack parts. 

Ordered replacement, watched YouTube video regarding repair and did it in 45 minutes. 

Replaced with OEM. Tine Row Pivot. 

Purchased and installed new clip. Part arrived promptly. Installellation simple. Satisfied with result. Shipping was overpriced ($11) for a small, inexpensive ($6) plastic clip.
