Removed the screws holding the control board in place. Unhooked electrical connections. Reconnected electrical to new board. Replaced board screws. Replaced panel screws. Done. 10 minute fix. Only caveat is to be careful removing the control board because some of the plastic clips need a little coaxing and could break if you apply too much force. The part number on this control board superseded the old part number so I assume some improvement might have been made. Regardless it fixed the issue.
