How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP6015082 / WPW10111606 Electronic Control Board

Per the service manual bought this card and replaced the one that had burnt out. The replacement was very simple. The defective card was at the top of the dryer and on the left hand side. Simply removed the screws at the back top of the dryer, pulled off the top. The card is easily visible. Removed the card, installed the new one. Reassembled and everything was functional in about 10 minutes. 

Google'd the error code to diagnose the problem. With the problem diagnosed I viewed a few YouTube videos on repairing the problem. I then pulled the problem part and visually confirmed it was burned out and then found a reputable company "appliance parts pros.com"and ordered the correct part. Parts pro's web site was easy to navigate and place the order. I received the part as promised. I installed it and it's working great. The job took about 15minutes to remove the old part and examine and about 5 minutes to install the new one when it arrived. 

Checked your repair help and video got part and everything worked great. Love the help tutorials 

Read the manual which showed that F-01 was the Electronic Control. Ordered the part which showed a part number and replaced when part arrived. 

I ordered a control board from Appliance Parts Pros, installed it by my self and it's running good now. Their live chat was also very helpful. 

Replaced electronic control board after testing the rest of the heater circuit. 

Found this website for Appliance parts Pro.com and was thrilled to see the tutorials online. Best thing was I did the live chat and was able to identify the exact part within minutes. Once I have the part number they offer to to help me buy it or I could go online which I chose to do. The part arrived within two days on a Saturday I had it installed by that night. The part only took 10 minutes to unclip the old one and click in the new one which I was really surprised especially because the appliance repair man to charge me way more than what I paid for the part. 

We bought a new one from your website and re-connected all the wires again and the dryer kicked kicked right on, 

Replaced control board. I employed specialist to repair. Seems like a very expensive fix compared to cost of new dryer but at least it still works.
