Removed the front cover, located the fuse, removed both wires attached to the fuse, tested the fuse with an ohm meter (it was zero ohms meaning its trashed). Ordered new part from APP, it arrived in less than two days. Installed new fuse, put everything back together, plugged in the appliance and wha-la, good to go. The new kit comes with a connecting lead preatached where you are suppose to cut the old leads and splice into the new leads via a set screw. What I did was remove the leads from the new fuse and installed the old leads directly to the fuse. I saw no reason for another splice in the wiring harness leading to the fuse.
Also I want to thank APP for vast selection of repair parts, fair pricing, timely service and a great website that's easy to search. I've have great success in repairing other appliances with APP and this one was no different. Thanks APP.
