There was a great sale on the most common parts, so I purchased high wear items in addition to these. Once inside, there was years of dust and lint to be cleaned, lumps of it. So this tidying up was the majority of the job. Replacing the components was basic.
All moving parts not replaced were removed, cleaned, and re-lubed. Rollers, idler, idler arm. Anything that moves was inspected.
The pulley seemed to be of higher qualify than the original aluminum. I can't tell what it's made of, but it seems harder, therefor more durable.
I bought two belts, the price was great. Replacing the belt by itself would have been about fifteen to twenty minutes, if you are less than moderately handy. The pulley was reverse thread, and took a bit of experience, but having done it once, not more than the average person could handle.
These guys continue to provide a terrific service, thanks!
