It reviewed clearly and concisely what to do and what to be careful of not doing. Ordering was easy. I needed the Make and Model and quickly found a list of parts. The part arrived quickly as scheduled and the repair was easily accomplished. The hardest part was reaching to the back of the oven to unscrew the plate as it was quite a stretch.
