How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP6005519 / WP12656018 End Cap, Pantry (Rh)

Rail replacement is 2 screws and 5 minutes. The drawer support is 2 screws and a few interconnecting plastic parts. Cleaning the fridge took longer than replacing both parts. The online video are excellent! The parts are exact replacements. 

Ordered replacement part from AppliancePartsPros. Exact part was available. Received it promptly. Replacing part in refrigerator required some internal disassembly and then replacing part with broken tab, then reassembly. Video on AppliancePartsPros site was a great help. Having that available is a great benefit.

It was easy to look up the parts using the make/model info from the sticker inside the fridge. Once I found the part, there was a also an easy to follow video on the same page showing exactly how to replace it. Very easy to do. 

Replaced right hand pantry support. Everyone watching the video should note a small omission, there is a 1/4” screw at the left end of the temperature control arm that should be removed before removing the screws for the pantry support. 

Looked up the damaged parts on appliance parts pros website. Called the support number to verify I was ordering the correct parts. The parts came in two days. I reviewed the videos before starting. I’ve been removed the damaged parts. I cleaned up the damaged area and replaced the damaged parts with parts ordered. Appliance Parts Pros guidance made it easy and saved us $$. Thanks! 

Ordered replacement part and followed the video that was offered by AppliancePartsPros. Able to complete removal of broken parts and install new part in less than 45 minutes. 

I ordered the wrong end cap from appliance parts pros and customer service sent me the link to order the correct part. As soon as I receive the correct part, I will install it. 

Removed old part and replaced it with new part. Need1/4” nut driver and flat head and Phillips head screw drivers. Easy job, about 1/2 hour. 

Luckily there was a video on the broken pantry drawer support, that alone made the decision easy to go ahead and replace the part. The crisper pan was just a slide out and replace with fresh pan, but they did have a video on that as well to show you how to take off the decorative front off the old pan and add it to the new pan. You only need a quarter inch nut driver and flat head screw driver for this fix. Total time about 30 minutes.
