How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP6013693 / WP9704204 Insert Seal

Replaced it after watchig video on how to do it.

Replaced seal 

My repairs were fine all I had to do is replaced color and the seal on my blender. This was a no-brainer.

Replaced impeller 

Put a new drive coupler on the base which contacts and spins the blades 

With the Kitchen Aid blender drive coupler I ordered from AppliancePartsPros.com, a pair of regular pliers and a pair of needle nose pliers. The repair was much easier than I expected. I viewed the video on your website and used the instructions included to determine how to remove and replace the original drive coupler. The blender is once again operating perfectly!
