James D Mercer , PA November 22, 2015 The kitchen aid mixer had 2 gears stripped inside that made it jump and lock up After taking it apart and finding the problem I ordered the replacement parts from appliance pro parts and within 4 days I had the new parts and the mixer was back up and running. The parts were all factory replacements and worked great easy to repair. Just make sure you put things in order when taking apart so you can replace them in the same order. Repair to about 30 mins.
