How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP4419835 / W10245216 Grill-Vent (Stl)

Original part broke when cleaning a filter, the part was ordered & the order was filled & arrived here at the speed of light. Part was in place in less than five minutes. Unable to retrieve the appliance name tag (Whirlpool Gold) but not disappointed . The replacement part is engineered better than the original, the screw holder is not as flimsy as the original which is a good thing...shame on Whirlpool for shoddy work. Appliance Pro's came through with their speedy service. 

Removed the old cover and replaced it with the new one. 

I researched the part number for the grill vent of my specific microwave on the Whirlpool website and then searched for, and ordered, the replacement piece from Appliance Parts Pro because their prices were much more reasonable. I had the part mailed directly to our rental property and it arrived within the stated 3-5 days. The part was the correct one and was easily installed by our tenants. To avoid ordering the wrong part, it is necessary that the buyer knows the make and model number of the appliance and preferable the part number of the broken piece. I found that the part numbers are fairly simple to find on the manufacturers websites. Thanks Appliance Pro. I will use your company again!
